Our Virtual office address service can be used by any type of business. For a sole trader the name on the address can be listed as Joe Blog T/A .. followed by your business name.
For partnerships or LLP’s each partner must be registered under the service.
Limited companies can avail of either our Registered office address or virtual office address services.

While we can receive a variety of mail items and packages, we cannot accept or process any hazardous, restricted, or perishable items. Please do not use your Mail address to receive these types of items, as they may be discarded if they are unable to be returned to sender.

Your service cannot be activated until all ID and Proof of Address documents have been verified.

The Google My Business guidelines state:

 Listings on Google My Business can only be created for businesses that either have a physical location that customers can visit, or that travel to visit customers where they are. Creating a successful listing that won’t be suspended requires avoiding prohibited content, accurately reflecting your business and complying with the rest of the policies below. The Google My Business guidelines state that virtual offices are not considered service-area businesses and that you need to have the office staffed during business hours.
